Beale said: “After careful consideration, I have taken the decision that the time is right for me to step down as CEO.
“I am delighted that the board has appointed Ian Hoad, Divisional Chairman for Scotland, the North East, and Yorkshire East to be my successor.
Hoad, who rejoined Keepmoat in 2009 after an earlier five-year stint, has held a series of senior roles including technical director, regional MD before taking the divisional chairman role.
He will officially take over as CEO on July 1.
Hoad said he was “incredibly proud” to take the top job and lead Keepmoat through its next phase of growth. He added: “Our differentiated partnership model has proven resilient… I look forward to continuing to work with our public and private sector partners.”
